Accepting Returns
We accept returns if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
Prior to returning any item, you must contact us first via email: support@olitans.com

To be eligible for return, items must be:

• Unused and in pristine, brand-new condition.
• Complete with the original manufacturer's packaging, tags, and all accompanying paperwork.
• Returned within 30 calendar days from your purchase date.

Returns initiated after 30 days are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Processing Refunds
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you via email:

• Confirmation that we have received your return.
• The status of your refund request (approved or declined).

Please note:
If your original order qualified for free shipping, the refund amount will be reduced by a $7 USD shipping fee per item to cover our initial shipping costs.
