Accepting Returns
We accept returns if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
Prior to returning any item, you must contact us first via email: service@olitans.com.
To be eligible for return, items must be:

• Unused and in pristine, brand-new condition.
• Complete with the original manufacturer's packaging, tags, and all accompanying paperwork.
• Returned within 30 calendar days from your purchase date.
  Returns initiated after 30 days are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Processing Refunds
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you via email:

1. Confirmation that we have received your return.
2. The status of your refund request (approved or declined).
   Please note:

• If your original order qualified for free shipping, the refund amount will be reduced by a $7 USD shipping fee per item to cover our initial shipping costs.
• Additional fees may apply for items returned with damaged or missing packaging.
  If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your expected refund has not arrived:

Sale Items
Refunds are applicable only to items purchased at their regular price. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping (freight prepaid).
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Upon receipt and verification of the item in its original condition, we will initiate the refund process within 7 business days.
• Items returned not in new/unused condition will be shipped back to the sender at the sender's expense.
