A Blade That Takes Time to Make

The blade features a three-layer laminated steel construction with an SLD-Magic steel core, giving every piece its own distinctive layered pattern.

Each blade is sandblasted first, then carefully polished along selected areas of the natural steel pattern. This creates a beautiful contrast between matte and polished surfaces.

The process takes extra time and careful handwork, but we believe great craftsmanship shouldn't come with an unreasonable price. That's why we continue making the M060 — to bring this special blade and its unique finishing process to more knife enthusiasts at a fair price.

Hand-Finished Hamaguri Convex Grind

The M060 features a traditional Hamaguri (Convex) Grind, carefully shaped and sharpened by hand.

Unlike conventional V-shaped edges, the convex grind has a smoothly curved cutting geometry without a distinct traditional bevel line. It offers a smooth cutting transition and a durable edge. Every blade receives individual attention during grinding and sharpening.

Easy Maintenance — Keep It Sharp with a Leather Strop

The convex edge is easier to maintain than it might seem. Regular stropping with a leather strop helps refresh the edge and maintain its sharpness without constantly changing the original convex geometry.

For significant dullness or edge damage, professional sharpening or proper convex-edge maintenance may still be needed.

Natural Crystallized Titanium – Make It Your Own

The Natural Crystallized Titanium handle features a distinctive etched surface with no anodized color, keeping the titanium in its natural finish.
